The goal of this project was to create a simplified version of the Formstack form builder inside of a pop-up window that would be called from a 3rd party website. The full abilities of the form builder were not required, just the ability to add basic fields one would need for a custom email sign-up form.

While originally created for a specific use case, it was designed with the idea that it could be embedded on potentially many other different websites. This caused our designs to account for a wide range of possible users. The process was a simple tabbed interface that included 3 steps:

First, set up your list options. Second, build your form (which included a floating "insert field" button that would change to insert the next most likely field by default. This allowed users wanting to create a basic/common email sign-up form the easiest interface possible). Finally, the embed code needed to make your form appear on your website.
